Base on production and stock advantages, BEBON has built our own Machining processing center, Our fabrication includes different types.

Steel surface treatment - such as steel pre-treatment (shot blasting and shop primer).

Steel structure processing - such as cutting, drilling, milling, turning, bending, welding and so on. BBN steel has the ability to produce various steel structural parts. At the same time, We can design the drawing according to the requirements of customer and do the processing in accordance with the drawings.

Heat treatment services - such as annealing, normalizing, hardening, tempering, hardening and tempering, solution treatment etc. And we can also do heat treatment according to the customer's requirements.

BBN steel has professional Logistics Department, who will arrange transportation, customs clearance and inspection before shipment according to system record in sequence. The whole operation process can be conducted more conveniently, more accurately and more rapidly.

BBN steel machining center has about 1000 staff, including 360 technicians, 28 engineers, 6 senior welder, 15 professional welder, 52 bachelor degrees, 3 Doctoral Degree, 8 members of R&D Team. It is a professional production team which combines both theory and practices. The annual output achieves 80000 tons.
